What to Pack (and what NOT to Pack)

Basically this section will give you some ideas and advice on what to bring on our, or any, hikes depending on the severity of it. It will also tell you what NOT to bring on hikes, this includes a KFC family pack w/ a 2 litre Mountain Dew and a bag of two-bite brownies.

TYPE: light - under 10 lbs
- most hikes last a few hours, so bring an appropriate amount of water. it
   is recommended that you bring 0.5 to 1 litre of water for each hour of
   activity, depending on the weather and your fitness.
- some change of clothes
- a jacket or sweater, just in case of sudden change in weater

TYPE: moderate - under 15 lbs
- N/A

TYPE: overnight - under 25 lbs
- N/A

TYPE: What NOT to bring
- KFC family pack w/ 2L Mountain Dew and brownies
- any electronics, the weather can change so bring (like cameras) at
   your own risk and expense.
- anything that you can't carry back (this includes any type of garbage)
